Stephanie Klewin

Stephanie has clinical training and experience in counseling adolescents, adults, and seniors in private practice and outpatient settings. She is a graduate of Adler University and is continuing her doctoral education at Northern Illinois University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her cats, drinking coffee, playing guitar, and visiting her family and friends.

She maintains the belief that it is only natural for human beings to face challenge and hardship throughout the lifespan, and that we can all benefit from additional support. Stephanie believes that you are the expert to your own life, and that engaging in a therapeutic relationship can better help you identify and implement solutions to enhance your daily functioning.

Her empathy and her passion for helping others is a driving force to help you feel comfortable as you explore ways to make positive change in your life. In sessions with Stephanie, you can always expect to share humor, in addition to feeling respected, cared for, and validated. Those that know Stephanie describe her as both compassionate and energetic. Counseling can seem uncertain at first, but you will feel relieved as soon as you begin to build a relationship with Stephanie.
