Nicole is dedicated to supporting individuals and families through trauma, stress, and life’s most challenging transitions. She brings extensive experience working with trauma survivors and in rapidly changing, high-stress environments, where compassion, adaptability, and clear judgment are essential. Her prior experience in law enforcement developed a deep appreciation for crisis response and a strong commitment to connecting individuals with meaningful mental health support. She approaches client care with both empathy and practical insight, especially when working with individuals who have experienced trauma.

She meets individuals exactly where they are, whether in transition or simply feeling stuck.  She integrates evidenced-based models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and more.  With a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, she helps clients build resilience, rediscover hope, and develop practical perspectives and tools to create stability during life’s difficult seasons. Nicole understands that growth is not linear, and she remains a steady, compassionate presence as clients navigate both the challenges and victories of their journey.
