Mary Rosenquist, Certified Hypnotherapist

Mary has extensive experience with individual hypnotherapy, Reiki, and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).  Through years of practice, she has learned that combining these options with traditional therapy increases a client’s odds of more quickly and easily achieving goals.  Before her career in health and wellness, Mary worked 20+ years in corporate roles training and mentoring both individuals and teams.  Mary enjoys travel, nature, family, food, home improvements, pickleball, and time with her dog.

Approaches

Empowering others to heal themselves and educating them on the processes is Mary’s passion.  By holding a safe space and using Ericksonian style hypnosis, combined with other tools, she makes possible many avenues to achieve success. Mary collaborates with the client each session to formulate a goal and approach, then leads the client towards achieving the goal. Helping clients to understand that hypnosis is a natural state that minds go into and demystifying the process motivates her.  She hopes that more people will use hypnosis, Reiki, and NLP and better understand these powerful tools.

Mary’s personality is inviting, warm, and compassionate. She is the type of person you will easily connect with upon meeting.  People often comment on Mary’s calming presence.  Listening is truly one of her strongest skills; as she pays close attention to verbal and non-verbal communication. It was during her years in the corporate environment that Mary witnessed the toll that stress, anxiety, family/work demands, and toxic environments often take on individuals.  Realizing the importance of people helping each other reach a calmer, healthier, and more balanced lifestyle became her mission.
