Approaches

Madison will tailor services to meet your unique needs. What may work for someone else may not work for the next person, and that is normal. Everyone has different life experiences and perspectives, even when living under the same roof. This is why no one is truly the same and this is what makes you, you. Teamwork and honesty within a therapeutic relationship are the secret ingredients to positive change and progression. Madison integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and more, to engage and practice therapeutic work. Madison uses a multitude of approaches to fit your needs and is eager to change any approach needed, even at a drop of a hat. By meeting the client where they are at, she can create a reasonable, non-judgmental, and empowering experience.

Madison’s Personality

Madison’s personality is genuine, comforting, light-hearted, and she is a go-getter. If you are looking for someone honest, always having your best interest in mind, and safe to be yourself around, Madison may be the ying to your yang. Madison has been told by multiple clients that they “have told her things” they “have never told anyone else before”. Madison encourages you to share your stories so that the heaviness of life can no longer weigh you down. Therapy can be hard work emotionally, mentally, and physically, which is normal, due to unloading repressed feelings and thoughts and confronting necessary changes. However, with that, Madison believes there is only way to go, which is up. There is always a light at the end of every tunnel and by making that crucial step into self-actualization, you will be one more step into being a better and lighter you.

Madison works with adolescents and adults of all ages. Please fill out this form: Inquiry Form or contact info@lifesolutionsgroup.org to request an appointment.
