Kate (she/hers) enjoys working with adults of all ages and applies her caring and empathetic personality to the therapeutic relationship. Outside of providing therapeutic services, Kate is a mother of two children and a dog, Rocket. She enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, live music, cooking, trying new restaurants, traveling, and taking walks with Rocket.

With collaboration, you can explore personal strengths and struggles to create meaningful change. Kate values connection and believes it is an important component in therapeutic work. Kate works from a strengths-based and client centered perspective and applies tenets from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy with clients.

Kate is warm, compassionate, and insightful. She feels honored to do this work with her clients. Kate provides a safe and nonjudgmental space to foster growth, create positive change, promote awareness, and improve relationships; with yourself and with others. Kate has been told that she has a comforting presence and enjoys finding ways to connect with clients. Kate is described as a lifelong learner as well, continuously seeking out new ways to provide the best care to clients. Seeking therapy may seem daunting and overwhelming, yet the work is worth it and she’s proud of you for being here.
