Joseph enjoys working with kids, teens, and adults and uses a diverse skillset to build strong therapeutic rapport with those that he serves. In previous work places, Joseph has provided services in the school setting for special education students as young as kindergarten and as old as seniors in high school, and has provided additional services to special needs adults in a group home setting. Outside of providing therapeutic services, Joseph lives with his wife and enjoys watching movies, live theater and musicals, playing video games, and attending sporting events.

Approaches
Joseph’s approach is one of empathy and support that treats each person as an individual deserving care and respect regardless of background. Joseph believes that the therapeutic relationship is a team effort between client and therapist and he aims to work with the individual’s strengths to help them meet their needs and reach their potential. Joseph incorporates different elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness into his approaches.
Joseph’s Personality
Joseph is a caring individual that views therapy as something that can benefit everyone. He provides an environment where clients can be open and honest about themselves without the fear of being judged or looked down upon. Joseph always strives to help clients view themselves in a positive light and strives to build off each client’s individual strengths and skillsets. Joseph fully acknowledges there are times some people may feel there is a stigma in seeking mental health support, but assures you there is never any shame in seeking help or guidance.
