Jordan is experienced in counseling adults in a variety of settings and with a variety of presenting challenges. She is a graduate of both Adler and DePaul Universities. In her spare time, Jordan enjoys reading, exercising, watching television, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her dog.

Jordan uses an eclectic approach to counseling to custom tailor services for you. She is trained in evidenced based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Jordan is also trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a cutting-edge approach that addresses trauma, in addition other problems. Jordan says everyone can benefit from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, because everyone has past and present challenges that this service can help resolve.   

Jordan’s Personality

Jordan is a caring, sweet, and authentic person who enjoys helping each person’s unique concerns. She incorporates her personality, smiles, and laughter into session to promote a positive working relationship. You can expect a laidback and easygoing relationship with Jordan to help you feel safe, comfortable, and supported. Jordan truly cares for each person she works with and wants to create an open atmosphere in which you will feel validated and empowered.  Her coworkers describe Jordan as “lighthearted, warm, and cheerful.”
