She works with tweens, teens, and adults. Johannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her Goldador puppy, and traveling around the United States.

Johannah may focus on how the past and present events in someone’s life factor into stress and challenges. This allows her and you to understand ways to improve functioning and reduce distress in a manner that works best for you because everyone has unique needs. She tailors her approach to you using different therapy styles to help you with what you are wanting and willing to work on. If you are not quite sure what you want to work on, but know that you want stress to reduce, she will help you figure this out.

Specific therapy approaches she uses include Strengths-Based Practice, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Practice, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Empowering Approaches.

Johannah is described as personable, sweet, empathetic, and genuine. She incorporates her positivity and willingness to help others in therapeutic support through open conversation and understanding of different life situations. Johannah has continuously been an advocate for her clients and is driven to meet clients where they are while also providing a safe and supportive space to share their stories and grow.
