Jendaya is experienced in counseling adolescents and adults in a variety of outpatient settings. She is an avid reader, dedicated sister, daughter and caretaker of two fish, Rey and Kylo Ren. In her spare time, Jendaya loves watching movies, walking in nature, drawing, cooking, and research.

Jendaya is trained to provide services using a strengths-based and culturally sensitive approach. She uses evidenced based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Insight Oriented Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-focused therapy, EMDR, Somatic, and more. Her approach assists in connecting every step in your journey as progress, not perfection, and emphasizing the virtual or in-person counseling space as a safe one.
Jendaya’s Personality
Jendaya is a kind and down to earth person, who is always driven for success through engagement and progress. Jendaya promotes serenity within each session, within the environment and tone of conversation, and her presence is calming both virtually and in-person. Jendaya has overcame obstacles not unlike many of her clients, and can provide support through adversity, as well as lend an empathic ear to challenges further into the lifespan. Each session is an opportunity for growth, and Jendaya is dedicated to clients in each step possible.
Jendaya works with adolescents (aged 15 and up), families, and adults of all ages.
