Heather has over 12 years of experience counseling adults and seniors in an outpatient setting. Heather has been married 11 years, has three children, and one dog. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and neighbors.

Heather believes you are the expert in your life and respects your right to choose your own path and create the change you want to see in your life. Heather enjoys building connections that honor the therapeutic process and facilitate change. She provides a comfortable and supportive relationship that fosters a positive experience. Heather can implement techniques such as cognitive restructuring and mindfulness to help you create the meaningful and fulfilling life you want.

After many years of helping individuals navigate through life’s challenges, and experiencing painful challenges of her own, she understands the level of commitment and hard work it takes within ourselves to create new and healthy patterns.
