Amanda has been a massage therapist since 2017, having graduated from Harper College after previously working for an OB/GYN as a medical assistant. Her dedication to women’s health and wellness is inspired from her family health experiences, personal health and application of self-care techniques, and the insights she has gained over time. She is enthusiastic about sharing this knowledge with others.

Outside of providing massage therapy services, Amanda enjoys spending time with her partner, daughter, family, and dog. She enjoys going on long walks and on trails with her dog, gardening, kayaking and trying new bread baking recipes.

 Every session begins with a brief consultation, reviewing any health updates, areas of focus and tension and setting a purpose for the massage. Sessions end with reviewing massage findings, gathering client feedback, discussing self-care at home, and creating a treatment plan that fits your schedule and goals.
