Rachel believes that every individual is valuably unique and has a significant life narrative. The symbolism and influence of family is important to recognize. Roles within our families are constantly evolving, which often leads to challenges. Life always involves unexpected stressors and challenges that feel overwhelming, despite how hard we try to prepare, control, or respond. Rachel supports an integrative and systemic approach to supporting others through inevitable life challenges. Rachel’s path towards Marriage and Family Therapy is her catalyst to helping others feel better, gain positive knowledge and skills, and achieve more satisfying lives.
