Counseling is for everyone, because it provides the opportunity for significant growth and healing. Therapeutic guidance improves personal awareness, comfort with ourselves, and the world around us. Life can be difficult and frustrating. At some point our lives will get messy and complicated, but there is hope. Michael believes his job is not simply telling others what to do or what is “right.” He walks alongside others to create hope and make sense of life challenges and experiences.
Michael and his wife have been married for 10 years. They have four children and a Goldendoodle named Walter. Michael is known for his great sense of humor (an employee requirement at Life Solutions). He loves being a dad and enjoys parenting moments followed by the words “I’m telling Mom!”. Sometimes he gets in trouble, rather than the kids. Michael is described as “compassionate, kind, and chill.”

Michael works with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. He is experienced with family issues, couples, parenting, child/adolescent challenges, and many adult concerns. What to Expect:
During appointments, Michael provides a caring, comfortable, and empathetic experience. He is respectful about the unique dynamics of every individual, couple, and family. He is known for his genuine and accepting personality. Sometimes people worry about being judged or treated harshly in counseling. With Michael, you will quickly learn how easy-going and non-judgmental he is; like you’ve known him for years. Your opinion and perception of things is what he wants to hear about, because this is what augments relief from stress. Guidance is provided, but not pushed on clients.
