Born and raised in Poland, speaks fluent Polish and English. She has been married for 13 years, has two daughters, three cats, and a one-eyed Pitbull name Mitzy. She enjoys traveling, reading, and using her sense of humor. Her experience of immigration and finding her own place in a new country gives her unique insight into the human experience.

You will be encouraged to describe what is difficult for you and what you want to change. Grazyna will provide guidance by asking questions, educating, providing feedback, and solutions to relieve stress. Grazyna assures new clients that they don’t have to worry about what to do or say during an appointment, as she will guide you. She encourages clients to provide feedback, ask questions, and let her know preferences or needs.
